After 10 years of abusing same child, Utah man finally charged

According to the Salt Lake Tribune, a 36-year-old man was charged yesterday with four counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, two counts of sodomy upon a child, two counts of forcible sodomy and two counts of rape. All are first-degree felonies.

He allegedly began assaulting the girl in 2001, when she was seven, and continued the abuse daily until last month, when she was 16.

The girl was his stepdaughter.

What the Fork is going on in Utah?

Two boys at Forbes Elementary School in American Fork, Utah, are in trouble with the law after accessing porn on a school computer and showing it to their friends.

The Daily Herald reports that the 11-year-old fifth graders had a difficult time breaking through the school’s filtering system, but using good old American ingenuity, they finally succeeded.

The boys then called over nine of their pals to watch, and salivate.

Should the boys face detention? Maybe. Suspension? Probably not.

But this is Utah. Police Sgt. Gregg Ludlow said the incident is being investigated. Misdemeanor charges or a third-degree charge of dealing in harmful material to a minor, are being considered.

Rhonda Bromley, spokeswoman for the Alpine School District, said that if the boys are charged they will be charged in juvenile court, which is somewhat encouraging as they are eleven.

“If they’re having a problem at such a young age,” she said, “that’s a concern.”

She added: “The whole goal behind juvenile court is rehabilitation.”

Rehabilitation?

Whoa.

Porn model suing perverse site for back(side) pay

The Salt Lake Tribune has a story about a Tamara Vandyck from Ogden, Utah, who’s suing Dennio Enterprises of California for allegedly failing to pay her for work she did in adult films.

Tamara said she entered into an agreement in 1996 with Dennio to be a “model” for them. She says in her suit that their deal called for her to be paid a salary, commission and royalties.

She says her modeling helped Dennio achieve success in the adult movie business. But she also says company operators Elisabeth and Stephen Flores stopped paying around Jan. 1, 2007, when they began representing old videos of her as new material.

Tamara’s suit alleges she has suffered financial devastation, loss of reputation and severe emotional distress. She is seeking unspecified monetary damages.

Here’s what the good family newspaper of Utah left out. This isn’t some vanilla porn models site. Denni O (explicit content) bills itself as the “Monster Dildo Website” and has some of the most perverse stuff you’d ever want to see.

“Triple fisting”? It hurts just to type it.

If this case ever gets to court, and there’s a jury of peers, those are going to be some fascinating deliberations.

So while we agree that everyone should be paid for the work they do – especially this work – loss of reputation? You’re using a dildo the size of baseball bat.
