Mary J. Doolin admitted to Cedar Rapids police that she had been running a prostitution ring for a number of years.
She was arrested yesterday for pimping out 37-year-old Debra Voshell (see below) to an undercover cop.
Voshell is her daughter.

CBS News says this candidacy is not a joke.
