The Associated Press reports that Clements and co-owner David Jennings, say the ranch is secluded enough to not bother neighbors but they haven’t figured out a way around local zoning laws and a nudity ban in Hernando County, Florida.

If they can’t get approval they’ll close the CJ Dude Ranch again to all but friends.

The ranch, by the way, isn’t totally nude: Everyone “must wear pants and boots to ride the horses.”

It’s not clear from the Web site whether the ranch is just for dudes, but busty women should think twice about galloping through the woods without a shirt on.
