In Indiana, a 12-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl could be charged with possession of child pornography for allegedly sending nude photos of themselves over their cell phones.

The Indiana incident was discovered when the girl’s cell phone went off during class and her teacher confiscated it.

Surprise.

We can all agree that these KIDS behaved like stupid KIDS, but child pornography? Really? The laws need to change to cover this new form of the teenage love note.

In Kansas, 39-year-old Michael T. Cowley, a teacher and coach who worked for the Olathe Olathe School District and the Jewish Community Center pleaded guilty to posing as a 19-year-old girl on Facebook . . . so that he could entice boys to send him naked pictures of themselves.

He’s been sentenced to 17 and a half years in jail.

Aren’t you just begging for trouble?

Babysitters are supposed to be teenage girls – not 55-year-old men.

But Daryl James McClelland of Bartow, Florida, got the job and he proceeded to sexually abuse and batter a 4-year-old girl he was allegedly caring for and take photos and videos of her.

According to WTSP10, McClelland is facing more than 75 charges, including sexual battery on a victim under 12 years of age, lewd molestation and possession of child pornography.

“We questioned him, he made the statement, of the children he babysits, he chose the very youngest to sexually abuse and to make child pornography with because that very young child couldn’t tell on him, couldn’t verbalize what was happening to them,” said Sheriff Grady Judd.

McClelland reportedly convinced the parents that child care organizations were untrustworthy and they should allow him to babysit. Arrested, he showed no remorse.

“We asked him why he didn’t express regrets and he said, well, the child was very young and won’t remember what happened,” Sheriff Judd said.

That is one twisted sunuvabitch.

Ronald Darling, 45, of Branson, Missouri, pleaded guilty in federal court Friday to producing and distributing child pornography WITH AN INFANT.

The poorly named Darling did his work between 2003 and 2006 and admitted that many of his images included him sexually abusing the baby.

If Darling ever gets out of prison, where many men are likely to call him Darling, that baby will be a middle-aged adult and should kick his ass.

The music director of St. James the Apostle in the western Chicago suburb Glen Ellyn, and his roommate, have been charged with possession of child pornography.

Brian Milnikel, 45, is the music director. Christopher Kontopoulos, 20, is the roommate.

According to the spokesman of the Roman Catholic diocese of Joliet, one of Milnikel’s responsibilities was leading the church children’s choir, made up of about a dozen children from first and second grade. He added that there was always at least one parent present at the rehearsals.

Milnikel was removed from his position with the church on Tuesday.

Original story 1/17/10: In another one of those stories that makes you shake your head and wonder what’s become of common sense, Spec. Billy Miller of the Illinois National Guard has been charged with possession of child pornography because his mother e-mailed him some photos of a 4-year-old relative in a bathing suit. As sometimes happens when people wear bathing suits, a little bit of the girl’s butt cheek is showing.

So while Miller’s unit returned to the states in August, he’s still in Afghanistan awaiting a possible court martial.

And he could face up to 10 years in prison.

According to Miller’s parents, who are appalled by the military’s treatment of their son, Billy allegedly became close to the girl when her own father was away at boot camp and she was diagnosed with cancer. According to WQAD TV, the same photos which have landed Miller in the brig are on the family’s own Facebook pages.

No wonder there’s so little progress in Afghanistan if this is the shit the military worries about.

1) Make sure your partner is over 18.

2) Make sure your partner consents to being filmed.

3) Don’t try to become a policeman.

In Memphis, 26-year-old police academy recruit Gregory Marshall was kicked out of the academy and arrested after police found video of him having sex with a 17-year-old girl. The Commercial Appeal reported that police believe the case against Marshall is “open and shut.”
