Angry druggist took sex ad out for annoying customer
Back on August 11, 2008, a Norwalk woman went to her local CVS and got upset when pharmacist Jonathan Medina wouldn’t fill her prescription.
The next night, the woman began getting phone calls regarding her sex ad on Craigslist.
According to the Stamford Advocate, the ad said, “Kinky Brenda looking for a good time.” It listed how many “kisses” she wanted for half-hour, one-hour and 90-minute sessions as well as the woman’s address and telephone number, the arrest affidavit said. The woman received 25 calls and one drive-up visitor to her home, the affidavit said.
Medina had placed the ad after what he claimed was a bad day at work.
“For some reason, I just let it get to me. I’ve never got that angry in my life. . . . I never had anything like this before,” he said.
Stupidly, he placed the ad from a Staples across the street from his CVS and used his own credit card.
He was given a six-year suspended jail sentence yesterday after pleading guilty to reduced charges of misdemeanor second-degree harassment and felony fifth-degree computer crime.
