The Associated Press reports that 10 Florida Keys teens, seven boys and three girls age 13 to 19, have been charged with making child pornography after detectives confiscated a videotape of a 16-year-old runaway girl having sex with a 19-year-old man.

The investigators were tipped off by a 14-year-old runaway who was worried her older friend had been raped. The girl in the video denied being raped.

But she couldn’t deny being 16.

The teens  face charges of sexual performance by a child, a second-degree felony.
