Nebraskan Matthew Hill, 24, is so proud of his junk he wanted to show his neighbors.

JournalStar.com reports that a 48-year-old woman at his apartment complex woke up at 3 a.m. Sunday to the sound of knocking. She recognized Matthew and opened the door.

Hill said he needed to talk because he had just broken up with his girlfriend, Policewoman Katie Flood said.

Had he just broken up with the girl seconds earlier? Hill’s penis was hanging out of his pants.

His neighbor, unimpressed, told him to go home. He came back at 6 a.m. but she didn’t answer.

But Hill wasn’t done. A 62-year-old woman said Hill knocked on her door at 2:45 a.m. and asked her if she wanted to have a threesome. He also knocked on a man’s door, but the man didn’t answer. And at 8 a.m., a 44-year-old woman returning to her apartment also got a look at Hill’s exposed penis when he yelled over to her.

He was arrested and jailed on suspicion of two counts of indecent exposure.
