For improved intercourse, try Downward Dog(gy style)
Want to have better sex in 2009?
Yoga.
According to an article in The Journal of Sexual Medicine, women who practiced the centuries-old, Kama Sutra-based Eastern techniques of mindfulness and yoga reported improvements in levels of arousal and desire, as well as better orgasms, reports LiveScience.
Mindfulness allows women to better live in the moment and avoid distraction during the deed, which, in turn, allows them to better experience the experience.
And with their women being in the moment, men will want the sex to last longer than a moment.
Yoga again.
In another study from The Journal of Sexual Medicine, Indian men who suffered from premature ejaculation and practiced yoga for one hour each day “had both subjective and statistically significant improvements in their intra-ejaculatory latencies, similar to participants in the pharmacologic treatment group.”
Intra-ejaculatory latencies? Now that’s an orgasm buzz kill.
