Porn star “Janine,” (aka Janine Lindemulder) (aka Janine James, former wife of Jesse James, the present husband of Sandra Bullock) will be sentenced Dec. 15 in Oregon for tax evasion. According to Adult FYI, Janine could get up to a year in jail plus a $100,000 fine. She’ll also have to pay the back taxes, around $200,000.
